Logo, colours, typography and tone of voice — everything you need to represent Lokalaise correctly. For partners, press and procurement.
A dot grid from which the L emerges.
The logo mark tells the product story: a 5×5 dot field as the knowledge layer, from which the ‘L’ emerges at full strength.
Construction
Ultramarine chip with a 5×5 dot grid. The ‘L’ steps out of the field at full opacity; the rest stays a fine matrix — the knowledge layer.
Clear space & minimum size
Keep free space around the mark of at least a quarter of its edge length on all four sides. Minimum digital size: 20 px — below that the grid loses its definition.
Rules
- Four defined variants: Ultramarine (default), Ink, Black, White — all available in the generator under Downloads.
- Do not recolour freely — outside the four variants, ultramarine stays ultramarine.
- Do not rotate, distort, crop, or add shadows or gradients.
Lokalaise — set in Space Grotesk.
The wordmark accompanies the logo mark or stands alone. The outline variant is large-scale ornament — never a replacement for the logo.
Paper, ink – one accent, turned all the way up.
Light engineering paper as the ground, ultramarine as the only loud colour. It lives in interaction and markup — never as a surface behind text.

Machine charm, precisely dosed.
Dot-matrix glyphs, pixel arrows and status chips quote terminal and printer language — as precise ornament, never as gimmick.
Dot-matrix glyphs in ultramarine soft – they flank intros and are always purely decorative.
Pixel arrows made of three chevrons — in the marquee, in step references, at the end of text links.
Status chips: 6 px dot + mono label — only inside mini UI artefacts.
