We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

3.Hosting and provision of the website

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA. When you access our pages, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date/time of access). This data is technically required to provide the website.

Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of personal data to the USA.

4.Web analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data (e.g. page views, referrer, country) without the use of cookies and without personal tracking. No individual user profiles are created.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing website usage to improve our offering).

5.Google Fonts

This website uses the typefaces “Space Grotesk”, “Inter” and “IBM Plex Mono” from Google Fonts. The fonts are downloaded during the build process and served locally from our server. No connection to Google servers is established when you visit the website.

6.Appointment booking (HubSpot)

On our contact page, you can schedule an appointment via an embedded booking tool. This tool is provided by HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. When the booking form is loaded, a connection to HubSpot servers is established, transmitting your IP address and browser data to HubSpot.

When you book an appointment, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address) is processed by HubSpot and forwarded to us. HubSpot may set its own cookies.

HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For further information, please see HubSpot's privacy policy.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent through active use of the booking tool) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

7.Contact and form inquiries

On our website, you can provide personal data via forms (e.g. “Book a demo”, “Get in touch”). In particular, the following data is collected:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company
  • any further information provided voluntarily

We use this data exclusively to process your inquiry or to get in touch with you. Data is only passed on to third parties as described in this privacy policy (e.g. hosting by Vercel, appointment booking via HubSpot).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, where information is provided voluntarily).

8.Cookies

Our website itself does not set any cookies of its own. However, embedded third-party providers (e.g. HubSpot for appointment booking) may set their own cookies when you use their features. You can prevent the storage of cookies at any time in your browser settings. This may, however, limit the functionality of individual areas.

9.Data sharing with third parties

Personal data is only transferred to third parties in the cases described in this privacy policy, in particular to:

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting and web analytics, USA — EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
  • HubSpot Inc. (appointment booking, USA — EU-US Data Privacy Framework)

Beyond that, we only disclose personal data if we are legally obliged to do so.

10.Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. The data is deleted thereafter.

13.Security of data transmission

For security reasons, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser changing from “http://” to “https://”.
