Yes. Lokalaise runs on a server in your office. Resolutions, contracts, receipts and correspondence are processed where they are stored. Nothing is transferred to a vendor cloud.

Your team. Lokalaise prepares draft minutes, receipt checks and draft replies and shows the source for every statement; gaps are listed as open items. Approval, billing and the legal assessment of each case stay with you.

It takes calls as an extension of your phone system, says at the start that an AI is speaking and answers only from documents you release. When a person is needed, it puts the call through or creates a callback, a message or a case for your team. It stores text, not audio.
